Frozen Vanilla and Raspberry Cake

Ava's Frozen themed birthday had been planned to perfection, as if it really were coronation day! She'd picked out her Elsa dress, planned the princess bouncy castle and now just needed a Elsa cake to finish it off!
Luckily, we love a theme, so it wasn't long until there were flurries of ideas being built into a snow-cake creation! I’m pleased to say that Ava was delighted with the result and I had an absolute (icy) blast making it!

Beneath the ice-ing featured 3 layers of vanilla sponge, sandwiched with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream! Decorated with a chocolate ganache drip, isomalt shards and rice paper snowflakes!
