"Tea Time" Biscuit Cake

Molly is an avid member of her am-dram group and is always willing to help out however she can, which typically means being ready with a supply of biscuits at any moment!

To celebrate her birthday and to thank her for her help during tea breaks, the group choose a biscuit-themed Vanilla Sponge showstopper and some matching cupcakes to present her with, which I'm pleased to say went perfectly with a cuppa!

Filled and covered with vanilla buttercream and featuring a hidden raspberry jam centre, these cakes show that even the classic flavours can be given a fun new twist!
