Chocolate Truffle Cake

The first official celebration cake from The Midnight Bakery!

Boxing Day birthdays can sometimes appear overlooked, being overshadowed by the spectacle of Christmas Day, so we wanted to create a cake that would surely make the day stand out as the celebration it should be! We decided on this; a Gluten-Free & Vegan Chocolate Truffle Cake!

Chocolate cakes are a favourite to make, since there are so many ways to decorate them! Drips, shards and truffles are a stunning addition to any cake and make it way more indulgent than it, frankly, has any real right to be!
This time around, the truffles were flavoured with orange & raspberry, to make sure at least some kind of fruit was being consumed over the Christmas period!
