Home Renovation Cake

Nick had been beavering away on his new home most weekends for months on end, so when his birthday came around, he'd been looking forward to a well earned tea break!

This Vegan Coffee Cake was the perfect thing to give him that little boost (we reckon the caffeine helped!). The entire outside of the cake is buttercream coated; the brick wall base made from coffee buttercream and the plastered top half? Salted caramel!
All finished off with some gingerbread floorboards and a gingerbread house! A reminder that taking your time with the foundations can yield the results of your dreams!
